Almondvale Road, Livingston
Clarendon are holding a pre-application consultation exhibition for a development of approximately 150 new affordable homes at Almondvale Road, Livingston (former Police Station site).
The proposed development is to be undertaken by Cruden Homes with completed homes to be transferred to a Registered Social Landlord to be made available as a mix of mid-market rent, social rent and elderly amenity tenures.
Clarendon and ISA Architects, along with a representative from Cruden, will be available to answer questions on the day of the event (Thursday 17th May, 2pm to 7pm) which is to be held at Livingston Football Club (enter via main reception) at Almondvale Stadium Road.
