Clarendon Wins 2 Planning Appeals

Clarendon wins two appeals via the Local Review Bodies of both the City of Edinburgh Council and Renfrewshire Council for development in Greenbelt.

Ratho – Greenbelt site

In May, 2011, Clarendon was successful in overturning the previous decision of the City of Edinburgh Council not to grant planning permission for a new farmhouse at Hillwood Farm (Ref. 10/01755/PPP). The 'principle', having now been established, proposals are currently being progressed by Clarendon to the detailed stage.

Also in May, 2011, Clarendon was similarly successful in reversing Renfrewshire Council's Head of Planning's decision and have now secured planning permission in principle (Ref.10/0735/PP) for the erection of a dwellinghouse just outside Bridge of Weir.
