Antony, who heads up Clarendon, graduated
from Heriot-Watt University, having spent a year at the
Royal Technical University of Stockholm, in 1995 with an honours degree
in Town & Country Planning. He became a fully chartered member of the
Royal Town Planning Institute in 1996. Antony has most recently held the
position of Group Land Director for a national housebuilder, maintaining
the Company's land bank for new-built flatted and low rise developments
as well as establishing a Strategic Land Division. He has dealt with all
legal matters pertaining to site acquisition UK wide, together with
managing design and technical teams to the point of detailed planning
procurement.
He has a strong and proven track record with a number of national
residential and mixed use property developers and has controlled the
appraisal, procurement and management of land holdings, together with
full planning input to short-term opportunities. Antony has also worked as
a Consultant Development Planner, acting for a wide variety of national
and local interests.
