Clarendon Planning & Development is a multi-disciplinary Planning and
Development Consultancy, based in Edinburgh, offering specialist advice to private
individuals and the Development and Property Industries throughout the UK.
The Company Directors who lead the Clarendon team offer years of experience as professionally
qualified members of the Royal Town Planning Institute. The Company offers a commercial
approach to Site Identification and Procurement, Valuation and Appraisal, and Planning and
Property Development advice.
The Directors have extensive experience of working in the Development Industry,
with several national residential and mixed use developers, Local Government,
Planning Consultancies and Land Agency work.
The combination of Planning and Surveying expertise ensures the application of a
commercial and pro-active approach to projects, and enables provision of
Valuation advice in addition to Planning Services. A firm understanding of the
processes which effect property development, the property market and planning
decisions are employed in realising latent land values.
Established associations with the full range of technical disciplines, including
architects, consulting engineers and transportation consultants enables
Clarendon to act as lead Consultant or Project Manager in the progression of
development projects through the Planning process. Our services are tailored to
meet the needs of our varied client base, which includes individuals, farmers,
landowners, national property developers and public sector clients.
